I’m a doctoral student in library & information science at UNC Chapel Hill.

I’m studying Personal Information Management (PIM), but my broad interest is in organization of information, whether by individuals or by groups and institutions.

I have fun teaching the intro to library cataloging course.

I also work at ibiblio.org, on the Folkstreams project. Go there and watch films on gutter punks, weird artists, ghost stories, and bluegrass and clogging. Lots of bluegrass and clogging.
